| 台灣部份 (Taiwan Portion) •起航線 ( Start line ) 位置(QTH)： 台灣基隆碧砂漁港 與 基隆島之間 (Between Pi-Sha Fishing Harbor & Keelung Island ) 座標(Coordinate)： 競委艇 (RC boat) 位置於 ( 北緯 N 25 ? 09 ' 00" • 東經 E 121 ? 48 ' 00" ）與基隆島燈塔 ( N 25? 11' 41" • E 121? 46' 44" ， Fl.5s 189.3m 13M (U) ， 0.5sL&4.5sD) 之間或是連線中的標物與競委艇間連線為起航線。 (RC boat located at (N 25 ? 09 ' 00" • E 121 ? 48 ' 00") & Keelung Island Light House (N 25? 11' 41" • E 121? 46' 44" ， Fl.5s 189.3m 13M (U) ， 0.5sL&4.5sD) ， Start line is between these two objects or between RC boat and buoy mark). ● 附圖標示僅供參考用 (Attach chart and mark for reference only).通過起航線( Passing the Start line )： 船隻需以右舷對競委艇通過起航線。 All boats should pass starboard side to RC boat.起航旗幟(RC boat flags)： 裁判船上『中華台北』旗幟桿與基隆島燈塔 之間或是連線中的紅色標物與競委艇間連線為 實際起航線。 CTSA Flag will be flown on the pole of RC boat, the line between RC boat ' s pole and Keelung island light house or between RC boat and Red buoy mark is the Start line. 參考方位(Reference bearing)： 競委艇向 基隆島燈塔方向為 346 度。 Bearing from RC boat toward to Keelung Island light house is 346 degrees.
